Every year my mother-in-law gives us an amaryllis for Christmas. It has become a tradition that I really love. Shortly after the holidays are over we plant it, place it in our living room and watch it grow. It's always a surprise to see what color is going to come out. This year looks a little pink. It is so beautiful.
